First, we help the client assess their options in taking action or defending any legal proceedings in a Court or Tribunal. Know your options.
Secondly, we manage, defend or prosecute and resolve by agreement or orders, litigation using our experience and resources supported by the array of talented barristers available in Victoria for the preparation of agreements, legal cases documents and running each hearing up to and including a Trial or earlier settlement. We use out-sourcing to contain costs.
Thirdly, in the assessment of options and running of any matter we pay attention to the commercial reality (as well as matters of principle) by continually monitoring the costs of litigation and seeking resolution by realistic and commercial attempts at settlement - subject to the client's objectives and instructions.
