Rowland Hassall in conjunction with his team of Lawyers has been working for decades in the area of domestic relations and disputes arising from them. The Lawyers are able to assess, advise and, if necessary, arrange appropriate action and documents to resolve these highly emotional and sometimes complex matters.

Examples of outcomes achieved for our clients in recent years are: to have orders made for a father to have his children equal time with their mother; a female de facto partner to obtain a judgment in her favour for one-third of the real property in the male partner's name and we have also managed to resolve a dispute between male partners in respect to real property where one partner had moved to London and the other, our client, remained in Melbourne running the business. There are many other spousal property and maintenance disputes we have resolved for clients.
